Hexham, 4 bedroom terrace staged to sell
A beautifully refurbished terraced house in Hexham - the kind of property that had been done properly, with real care and quality throughout. The owners had invested significantly in the renovation but weren't sure how to finish it in a way that would land with buyers.
That's where we came in. The house was empty, which always gives you the most to work with. I brought in furniture, textiles, and accessories to give each room a sense of scale and purpose - helping buyers see exactly how the space would live, rather than leaving them to imagine it.

A beautiful refurbished terraced house in Gosforth - new to market, presented to us fresh from renovation and ready to make an impact. The owners had done everything right with the finish. They just needed someone to make sure buyers felt it the moment they walked through the door.
We staged it top to bottom. Clean lines, warm textures, furniture that gave every room a clear sense of sale and purpose. The kind of staging that makes a buyer stop scrolling and book a viewing - and then walk in and know.

This one came to me directly from a developer - a beautifully executed conversion on the edge of Barnard Castle, refurbished from scratch to a high specification and ready to go to market. The space had real drama to it. We just needed to make sure the staging matched the ambition of the build.
We went in with a blank canvas and furnished it from the ground up. Every room considered form scratch - furniture scaled to the generous proportions, textures that complimented the original character of the building, a palette that felt warm and grounded without fighting the architecture.

Whitley Bay - Victorian Seafront Terrace.
There aren't many properties that stop you in your tracks before you've even walked in. This one does.
A substantial Victorian terrace sitting right on the Whitley Bay seafront - the kind of home that has scale, history, and a view that does most of the talking. The owner had been renting it out and were now bringing it to market. It needed fresh eyes and a considered hand to lift it back to its full potential.
We worked through the key rooms - editing out the wear of rental life and replacing it with warmth and intention. Furniture repositioned and some supplied, layers added, the coastal setting referenced subtly through texture and tone. Enough done to make buyers feel it immediately, without losing the character that makes the house what it is.
